Stating The Obvious – Effort Rewards Results

This post isn’t relevant to everyone but it is definitely aimed at a select few, especially those that get too caught up in the hype of the latest IM or social media marketing product.

It is easy to forget that promoting your products, affiliate sites or anything else on the Internet takes time, patience and work! Some people are a bit scared of that last word and instead find themselves looking for the holy grail ‘system’ that supposedly generates millions on autopilot and takes the ‘work’ aspect out of the person’s marketing schedule.

Get real, put in the work and reap the rewards. This sounds so obvious that it shouldn’t even need to be reiterated but people do forget the basics while complicating their Internet Marketing strategies needlessly and need a quick reminder to refocus.

Social media marketing is not rocket science but yes it can be boring, very boring sometimes if you are on your umpteenth link building campaign, but if you want success and are not willing to put in the effort, maybe this game isn’t for you.

If the arse-end work is really that unappealing then why not outsource it? You can get great content written for cheap prices (check out the link below for good quality content) and back link campaigns passed to a link building company. Head over to the digitalpoint forums, there are hundreds of people that will do it for you. These involve minimum costs and are ideal solutions which will free up your time to do something more interesting! While we’re on the point of outsourcing work, this also applies for any other jobs you don’t like/don’t have time for or simply can’t do like graphics, website building, scripts and so on. You can even get others to submit to classifieds and to social media websites if you want.

If you are not succeeding with IM to the level that you desire or your affiliate sales are not consistent enough for your liking, then there really is no excuse to turn that around. and all it takes is a little more effort. Either put in the work yourself or let someone else do it for you. Simple!

For those that are putting in the effort, sorry to have bored you with this post and for those that aren’t jump to it. You deserve to succeed.
